PropertyMe single sign-on: Everything you need to know

A complete guide to the new unified login experience

What's changing?

Starting 7th January 2026, you'll use one login for both PropertyMe Grow CRM and PropertyMe Manage PM. This means no more juggling multiple usernames and passwords - just a single, secure login for both platforms.

Why this matters

  • Simpler access: One username and password for everything.
  • Improved security: One less password to remember.
  • Better experience: Seamless navigation between Grow CRM and Manage PM.

What do you need to do?

On 7th January 2026 , when you log in to Grow CRM:

  • If you already have a PropertyMe login, you'll be prompted to use it.
  • If you don't have a PropertyMe login, you'll be prompted to create one. You'll be required to setup a new login even if you are not a PropertyMe Manage PM customer because our login systems are changing.
  • Once you're setup, go to crm.propertyme.com to login. Update your bookmarks and shortcuts to use this link going forward.

Step-by-step setup

If you already have a PropertyMe login

  1. 1

    Log in to Grow CRM normally and you'll be taken to a new page.

  2. 2

    Click on "Continue to Login"

  3. 3

    Log in with your PropertyMe username (the same email address as your Grow CRM account).

  4. 4

    You're all set! You can now access both platforms with your existing PropertyMe login.

If you don't have a PropertyMe login

  1. 1

    Log in to Grow CRM normally and you'll be taken to a new page.

  2. 2

    Click the "Continue To Setup" button.

  3. 3

    Complete the account setup form by entering your name, phone number and password.

  4. 4

    Log in with your new credentials on the log in screen that appears after setup.

  5. 5

    You're done! You can now access Grow CRM with your new login.
